Refund policy

All custom sales are FINAL, So please be very specific with your requests especially once dresses are complete. Only options we offer are alterations anyone who oesn't pay the travel fee to come get item exactly sized will not be able to receive a return on an item, we only offer alterations. ( Proper measurements must be given to ensure the right fit.)

Only items that you can return are Ready to wear items (Sweatsuits, crew necks, t-shirts, etc.) No custom orders qualify for returns unless there is a mistake or mishap on my end. To start a return, you can contact us at thezusscollection@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages made during the shipping process we are NOT responsible for.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Only time that I will accept a return Is if a mistake was done on my part improper measurements and poor fitting due to the wrong measurements I am not responsible for. To avoid these problems please get measured by a professional tailor. If you are not in the NC area I do charge a travel fee depending on the distance. Your dress will be made using a standardized sizing chart and not tailored exactly to fit the shape of your body. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
